Training professionals for real production work
Profesiina Osvita LLC is a professional education institution in Odesa that trains skilled workers for industry, construction, energy, transport and shipbuilding, and provides occupational safety services for businesses. Thousands of graduates have passed through our classrooms and workshops and now work across Ukraine and abroad.
We teach 24 skilled trades — from welding and crane operation to commercial diving and rope-access work — and run training in occupational, fire and electrical safety and other legally required safety tracks. Every course pairs theory with mandatory hands-on practice on real equipment under experienced instructors — a core principle of our centre: a certificate should confirm real skill, not just attendance. We were previously known as the “Odesbud” training centre (odesbud.app) and the inter-industry labour safety centre (trud.com.ua).
Classes are led by practicing instructors with real production experience — people who still work in their trade and bring current, practical knowledge into the classroom rather than outdated manuals. Groups stay small so every student gets hands-on time with the equipment, not just a view from the back row.
Our graduates receive state-format certificates, licensed by Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science, recognized both in Ukraine and abroad. Training is available on-site in Odesa and remotely — students join us from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv and dozens of other cities, with no need to relocate.
Beyond initial trade training, we offer retraining and upskilling for those already working in their field, plus purpose-built courses designed around a specific company's request. A separate part of our work is occupational safety services for businesses: audits, documentation, lab measurements and outsourced safety-officer functions.
