Privacy policy

The controller of personal data submitted on profosvita.com.ua is Profesiina Osvita LLC (Odesa, 2 Shevchenka Ave, office 218). For data questions, email profosvita1@gmail.com or call +38 (063) 218-29-01 (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00).

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

In the request form: name, phone number, optionally email, the course or service you are interested in and a comment. If you write on behalf of a company — also the company name and, optionally, its EDRPOU code, number of employees and whether on-site training is needed.

In the student account: full name, phone and/or email, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), and the courses, materials and documents added by the administrator.

Technical data: the site uses only essential cookies — for signing in and remembering the page language. No advertising or analytics cookies are set. The contacts page embeds a Google map, which may set its own cookies under Google's policies.

To contact you about training or services: reply to your request, suggest a course and schedule, enrol you in a group, prepare a commercial proposal or contract for your company.

To run your student account. We do not send newsletters, sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by Ukrainian law.

Requests and account data are stored in the website database at our hosting provider, and a copy of each request goes to our work mailbox. Only staff who handle requests and training have access. Data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

You have the right to know what data is processed and why, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court. Write to profosvita1@gmail.com.
