More about the program
Diver training is an individual program tailored to the trainee's physical fitness and prior experience. The course covers diving theory: dive physics, breathing-apparatus operation, decompression tables, and practical skills — gearing up, underwater communication, and performing technical underwater work such as welding, cutting and structural inspection.
Medical clearance is a mandatory step before anyone dives. Practical sessions run under constant supervision of an experienced diving instructor, with dive depth increasing gradually.
An optional "diver-welder" add-on qualification is available, which significantly raises a specialist's market value in underwater work.
