Conditions for learners with special educational needs: a ramp for access to the ground floor and a ramp inside the building to the classrooms. Expert reports (Odesa, 2020; Chornomorsk, 2022) confirm that the premises meet DBN V.2.2-40:2018 “Inclusiveness of buildings and structures”.
