More about the program
Workplace certification for working conditions is a mandatory procedure for all production facilities in Ukraine, assessing shops, departments and sections for hazard level and compliance with safety standards. Without it, a company cannot correctly calculate benefits for employees in hazardous roles, confirm insurance payout amounts after an accident, or prove in court that an illness is unrelated to working conditions.
We run the full certification cycle: assessing actual production conditions, checking employees' provision of protective equipment, gathering statistics for reporting, and preparing findings on whether a change in technology or a shutdown of specific sections is needed. We also train the company's responsible officers in the certification methodology so you can handle part of the process yourselves going forward.
The result is an official document package accepted by regulators, plus a clear picture of exactly where the company's risks are and what needs fixing.
Who needs it
For production companies with hazardous or arduous workstations — certification there is mandatory every five years.
Why take it
Without valid certification a company cannot legally pay hazard supplements, and an employee cannot confirm the right to an early pension.
