More about the program
The concrete worker course is a great start to a construction career — no prior experience needed, just physical stamina and willingness to learn. The program covers concrete-mix preparation technology, placement and compaction rules, and formwork and reinforcement work.
Practice takes place on a real construction site: trainees practice formwork assembly, rebar tying, pouring and vibrator-leveling concrete, and proper curing care. Common mistakes that lead to cracking and reduced structural strength are covered.
On completion, a grade of 2–5 is assigned, matching the complexity of work the graduate is qualified for.
